Complex on the nose and palate, with a fleshy, pretty cocktail of fruit (wild strawberry) and spices, slightly peppery. This Cuvée des Hospices is one of the longest-lived. It is one of the Domaine's most sumptuously structured wines. Historically, this cuvée was a blend of Corton-Renardes (2\/3) and Corton-Bressandes (1\/3).
