It is in the heart of the Aube region, on the plains and valleys of the Côte des Bar that the history of Lombardi Champagne takes root. In this southern region of Champagne, with hillsides of alternating vines and forests, our Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes flourish. This diversity of soils contributes to the typicality of our wines, which we invite you to discover in our six vintages.
Freshness, precision and purity are the signature of Lombardi Champagnes. We only make use of the first press juice, whose essence is expressed only after maturing on the lees for at least 24 months, then resting in the bottle for 6 to 18 months after disgorgement. This prolonged aging process gives our wines great finesse. It brings sophisticated and complex aromas with a delicate and pure finish. Our passion for Pinot Noir, the typical grape of the region, is illustrated in our Blancs de Noirs, champagnes of character which unfold in an infinitely aromatic richness. Amateur or connoisseur, you will be seduced by the range of flavor offered in our cuvées to be enjoyed on all occasions, during an aperitif with friends or with a gourmet meal.
