    The Pernand-Vergelesses “Les Combottes” catches the eye with its beautiful colour and golden highlights. Fresh, lively, and elegant, it reveals a delicate nose of fresh fruit, hints of spice, along with touches of honey and flint as it reaches maturity.

    Between 3 and 5 years of age, it shows at its best.

    Serve at 12°C. It pairs wonderfully with refined starters, warm goat cheese in filo pastry, langoustine stew, prawns, delicate fish dishes, and Bleu de Bresse cheese.
