Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Beaune Blanc 2018

An ultra-fresh and nicely cool nose features notes of citrus-tinged green apple and discreet floral wisps. The racy, intense and well-detailed flavors possess good minerality and while this isn't particularly complex, the finish is agreeably dry, persistent and refreshing. I suspect that this may add a bit more depth with a year or two of bottle age and this is worth considering.
