Corton Clos des Meix Grand Cru Monopole 2010

A very ripe nose features scents of cassis, black raspberry and warm earth that are trimmed in discreet wood notes. There is excellent richness to the concentrated, opulent and mouth coating flavors that possess a velvety palate impression before terminating in a solidly persistent finish that offers excellent depth. This is really quite good and will require 10 to 12 years of cellar time to arrive at its peak.
