Corton Charlemagne Grand Cru Blanc 2020

A subtle though perceptible dollop of wood sets off the cool and pure aromas of Granny Smith apples, poached pear, acacia and a variety of citrus elements. The rich, full-bodied and quite powerful larger-scaled flavors possess very good if not truly exceptional density while exhibiting excellent length on the youthfully austere and attractively dry finale. This too would benefit from having better depth, but this too should certainly develop more if allowed to do so.
