This Cuvée comes from a parcel 250 meters above sea level, exposed to the East and with a gentle slope. The soil is brown, stony, well drained, a place where the beehives left the place to the Chardonnay! This soil, rather stony, allows the production of a wine with a beautiful finesse but with an assertive structure at the end of the mouth. It is one of the most beautiful terroirs of Beaune where density and elegance provide a beautiful ageing potential. 

Nose: very fresh, pear and fleshy fruits, touch of chlorophyll which carries the aromas.
Mouth: complexity of the terroir well transcribed, richness and balance combine in a wine with great potential.

Enjoy this great white on its own as an aperitif, or at the table with a mushroom velouté, shrimp risotto or dry goat's cheese.
