This also displays a hint of wet stone character on the cool green apple, floral, lemon zest and discreet spice scents. There is terrific intensity to the relatively big-bodied and powerful yet beautifully well-defined flavors that coat the palate with dry extract on the clean, dry and overtly mineral-driven finale. This would also benefit from at least a few years of cellaring in order to progressively develop better depth.
