Corton En Charlemagne Grand Cru 2009
Discreet but not invisible wood frames very ripe black cherry liqueur and warm earth hints that introduce rich, full-bodied and intense flavors that possess moderate austerity on the otherwise long finish. Like the Valozières, if this adds depth with bottle age, this could prove to be better than my early score suggests.
