An exceptionally fresh nose offers up lovely spice and floral top notes that add elegance to the primarily red berry fruit, earth and underbrush aromas. The intense and well-detailed big-bodied flavors possess solid concentration as well as fine power before concluding in a balanced and strikingly persistent finish. While imposingly scaled this is not at all rustic and should reward from 12 to 15 years of cellar time.
