Clos Vougeot Grand Cru 2015

A highly restrained and all-but-mute nose only grudgingly reveals note of dark currant, earth and forest floor. Interestingly, this is at once tightly wound but super rich with excellent volume and muscle on the powerful, concentrated and mouth coating finish that manages to remain impeccably well-balanced. This too is indisputably going to require extended patience.
